Once appointed in one of the locum jobs as advertised through Fresh Medical Recruitment you will be required to complete time sheets on a weekly basis. The time sheets are to be completed at the end of the working week and emailed, posted or faxed to us after authorization has been granted.

The time sheets are important to help with the control, regulation and updating of your worked hours and payment. You will claim time as rounded down to the nearest quarter of an hour.

In some instances the hospital may agree to subsidise accommodation and transport. If it is the case, you should also forward the receipts and invoices to Fresh Medical Recruitment.

The timesheets are available for downloading from our Doctor section once you have successfully registered with us. The correct calculated amount will be paid into your bank account once a week and you will receive a payslip as proof of payment.
