    Role

As a recruitment consultant your role will be focusing on the management of a large number of doctors while liaising with clients regarding the bookings. You will be working with doctors from around the globe and you will be expected to acquire a good understanding of the candidates needs as many are expatriate workers.

The role is office based as we deal with clients and candidates nationally and internationally. Interaction with clients and candidates is all telephonic and thus a brilliant telephone manner is essential with the ability to build long term relationships. You should be confident in cold calling and managing candidates from first contact through to placement. You will be supported by a dedicated business development team and administration team.

You will start with a large number of vacancies as well as a huge candidate pool.

• Basic of £21k to £28k depending on experience.
• Year 1: Realistic OTE of £55-60k (Top Earners earning over £85k!)
• Industry leading commission structure. Commission from the first £ you bill. No Ceiling.

    Ideal Candidate

We are seeking successful and experienced recruiters with at least 2 years of recruitment consultant experience to join our team.

• A proven record of success in your previous field of recruitment. Experience in healthcare recruitment is not mandatory as we provide full training.
• Formal sales or recruitment training would be an advantage.
• Enjoy building relationships as this will be the backbone of your ongoing success.
• Energy and enthusiasm as the role is fast paced and demanding.
• Organised, work well under pressure, able to prioritise, multi-task and respond well in a reactive environment.
