Fresh Medical Recruitment has a position available for a GP locum in South West from 23/08/2010 to 29/10/2010. This locum is for Weekday Shifts.
Additional Information:
GP locum required to cover 6 - 8 Sessions per week. This is a busy surgery in Avon, near Weston Super Mare. The surgery has a list size of approx 5000 and uses EMIS LV.
The practice is looking to cover the 1-8 sessions per week and will consider any doctor who is able to cover a regular pattern of sessions (from 1 - 8 Sessions) each week or a locum able to cover full time (8 sessions).
The surgery is specifically looking for continuity and stability in locum provision.
You will participate in the on call rota (0800-1830hrs). The surgery does not offer weekend or extended hours.
Pay rates are negotiable and session times are flexible.
The Surgery may help with travel or accommodation costs if necessary.
The Surgery is looking for an initial commitment of one month with a view to three months.
Shifts:
up to 8 sessions per week
Pay Rate for this locum is up to 450GBP per day depending on experience.
Applicants must have:
* GP Performers List with local PCT or LHB
* GMC GP registration
* Permission to work in the UK
* Relevant experience (Experience of working as a GP in the NHS is essential)
Assistance will be provided with regard to accommodation and travel arrangements on some occasions.
